Please read these guidelines carefully before placing your order. DTF (Direct to Film) printing creates bright, full-colour designs that are heat-transferred onto garments and fabric. We print exactly what you submit, so correct file setup is very important for the best results.

Artwork Specifications

Orientation
Upload your design exactly as you want it to be printed. Do not flip or mirror the design.

Size
Design your file according to the same canvas size as your order (A3, A4 or A5). We do not modify or resize artwork. Please allow for a possible 2–3 mm variation in the final print size.

Backgrounds
Remove any background you do not want printed. Any visible background will be printed.

Effects & Transparency
Drop shadows, gradients, transparency, neon, metallic and glow effects do not always print exactly as they appear on screen. DTF uses standard ink colours.

File Requirements

Accepted Formats PDF, JPG, PNG
Recommended resolution: Minimum 300 DPI
Best results High-quality PNG with a transparent background

Low-quality or compressed images will result in low-quality prints. Screenshots and blurry photos are not suitable for printing.

Image Quality & Edge Preparation

DTF printing reproduces exactly what you submit. Make sure:

• Clean, smooth edges without rough lines

• No white or dull “halo” around the design

• High resolution with sharp detail

• Text that remains readable at the final print size

Background-removal apps can sometimes reduce quality or leave uneven edges. These issues are not always visible on a cellphone but become very noticeable when printed.

Priting does not fix:

• Blurry images

• Pixelatedpixelatededges

• Rough cut lines

Colour Disclaimer

Screen colours may differ from the final print. RGB files are converted to CMYK for printing, which may slightly change colour tones. Please check your colours carefully before uploading, as we are not responsible for colour differences caused by file setup or screen settings.

• Cotton

• Polyester

• Cotton/Poly blends

• Light and dark garments

Important GUIDELINES

• Use high-resolution artwork (minimum 300 DPI)

• Make sure edges are clean and backgrounds are properly removed

Common Mistakes to Avoid

• Sending screenshots or low-resolution images

• Uploading blurry artwork

• Using copyrighted or trademarked designs without permission

• Designs with very thin lines or very small detail

Care Instructions

To help your print last longer:

• Wash inside out

• Wash in cold water

• Do not tumble dry

• Do not iron directly on the print
