In November 2020 we opened our doors and began walking this journey in faith. Today, with gratitude, we can testify to the blessings we have received from the very beginning.

The idea for VARSGEPARS was born during the COVID lockdown — more specifically over a cup of coffee under the porch of the former Rebellie Restaurant in Orania. We realised there was a need for a place that could deliver fast and professional printing: from T-shirts to corporate gifts. That’s when we decided to use our passion and creativity to make a difference and give something positive back to our community.

To get the business off the ground, we worked closely with experts in the printing industry, invested in high-quality equipment, and continually expanded our knowledge. Over time, we added an industrial embroidery machine and completed international digitising courses — which we passed with distinction. High-quality digitising enables us to create unique, creative embroidery designs that stand out both technically and aesthetically.

As technology continues to evolve, we have already upgraded to more modern printers three times since 2020 to ensure excellent quality. We were one of the first businesses in South Africa to switch to DTF printing — currently the most advanced method for printing T-shirts. This means that our customers have access to world-class quality printing.

Irma Roets: Owner

Irma Roets is the owner of VARSGEPARS — the queen of the castle. She is highly qualified and skilled in embroidery digitising. She quickly realised that Orania had a need for professional printing and embroidery services. With her expertise in embroidery digitising, keen eye for detail, and passion for excellence, she ensures that every design is executed accurately and neatly. VARSGEPARS is known for quality printing and embroidery delivered with care, precision, and pride.


Olga Boshoff: Store Manager

Olga is VARSGEPARS’s store manager and our very own queen of creativity. Creativity runs deep in her veins, and she ensures that there is always something new, exciting, and FRESH to see in the shop. Her designs bring customers’ ideas to life and reflect her artistic touch in every piece of printwork. She is an expert in sublimation on mugs and tumblers and knows exactly how to deliver top-quality DTF printing. With a screwdriver and pliers in hand, she can also fix many things around the shop!


Eron Schoeman: Shop Assistant & Administrative Officer

Eron Schoeman is an indispensable part of the VARSGEPARS team — someone you can always rely on. She is capable at many tasks and keeps things running smoothly, from administration to DTF printing on shirts and sublimation on mugs and tumblers.
When a computer, embroidery machine, or even a cellphone starts giving trouble, Eron is usually the one who quickly gets it running again. She is also the creative mind behind VARSGEPARS’s TikTok videos, where she turns everyday shop moments into content that makes people smile and grabs attention. She delivers high-quality embroidery, with digitising that reflects professionalism and precision. And yes — she also makes sure the coffee keeps flowing, because at VARSGEPARS, coffee and creativity go hand in hand.


Lelanie Roets: Marketer

Lelanie Roets is VARSGEPARS’s marketer and the creative force behind our social media on Facebook and Instagram.
Where others see just a photo, she sees a story. With her creative approach and eye for detail, she creates advertisements that capture attention. She ensures that VARSGEPARS’s products and services are not only seen, but remembered.
